It's also easy to use and set up. Another feature that is impressive is its ability to return to where it was when we tested it. It did this for 77 minutes on one cleaning, before running out of battery.
The i3+ EVO is different from the other robot vacuums we have tested, has a self-emptying bin that automatically dumps debris into an external dirt container on its charging base when it is fully filled. smart robot i3+ EVO can be prevented from overfilling by a self-emptying bin. However, it must still be manually empty at the end of each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO's built-in dust bin can hold 2.4L of debris, which is more than enough to last four or five cleaning sessions before you have to replace it.
Like the i7, utilizes state-of-the-art floor-tracking sensors that create maps. It can also allow you to navigate through neat rows. However, the i3+ EVO only stores one map, while the i7 has the capacity to store multiple maps. The i7's map can be used to create virtual barriers and no-go zones, but not for the i3+ EVO.
The i3+ EVO does a better job of picking up surface debris when compared to other robovacs we've looked at, but it's not the best in cleaning edges and corners. It's also not as gentle on furniture, despite being relatively quiet. It was quite rough on furniture, as it moved chairs away. It also made some collisions with the sides of the test bed.
2. Black & Decker Q5 Pro
If you're looking to expand your robot vacuum collection or just starting out, the Q5 Pro is a great choice. It packs a lot of power, smart navigation and a user-friendly automation into a slick design at an affordable price.
